The turntable itself is nice, the cartridge is very versatile and forgiving; for the price, it's OK. However, don't try changing the cartridge unless you have a multimeter and a soldering iron handy!!!! The wires going to the cartridge are single-strand and barely thicker than a hair, so if you pull on them a little, such as when changing a cartridge for example (it can happen), the wire breaks at the solder joint. And since there is a small piece of heat-shrink tubing around this connector, you don't notice because the wire remains attached (held by the tubing), but it is broken!!! No sound.... but where is it coming from?? All that's left is to test with the multimeter—a major hassle because it's not at all practical!! There you go, just for information.
