Anchor Bay ABT1030

The Anchor Bay Technologies video scaling chip is specially manufactured for applications requiring high-quality upscaling from standard video formats like 576i to high definition, including 1080p, I/P conversion, and upscaling of analog video signals to the digital domain for transfer via HDMI. The chip features Anchor Bay’s patented 10-bit Precision Video Conversion Engine that can adjust an image horizontally and vertically to achieve exceptional image quality for high-resolution video projection where performance demands are evident today. See “1080p Upscaling”. Marantz uses the ABT1030 standard as well as the ABT2015 chip, offering more video adjustment possibilities and noise reduction processing.

Audyssey Dynamic Volume

Your listening quality can be truly diminished if the sound volume varies significantly between TV programs, commercials, and the content within programs themselves. When this happens, you must constantly make adjustments to maintain the desired listening level, or you can let Audyssey Dynamic Volume control and adjust it automatically.

M-XPort

The Marantz eXpansion Port is a dedicated 9-pin connector on the back of a product. This port can be used for a wide range of applications by connecting a dedicated device, such as a network client, DAB tuner module, iPod docking station, or other. Please refer to the Bluetooth explanations for more information. Other devices will follow.
