Hisense UR9S 2026 (High-Definition Televisions)

RGB MiniLED changes the way an LCD TV produces its colors. Rather than filtered white backlighting, the UR9S 2026 range relies on independently controlled red, green, and blue diodes. Hisense claims 100% coverage of the BT.2020 color space and peak brightness measured at up to 4,000 cd/m² depending on screen size, values that place this series at the top of the brand’s European catalog for 2026.

The range includes three sizes: 65, 75, and 85 inches, with the number of local dimming zones increasing with screen size, from 980 to 1,320. The Hi-View AI Engine RGB processor handles HDR10+, Dolby Vision IQ, and HLG streams in real time, while the matte anti-glare panel reduces unwanted reflections in bright rooms. The trade-off of this VA technology: viewing angles remain behind those of an OLED, and a slight light halo persists in the highest-contrast scenes.

The gaming side is solid. A 165 Hz panel, VRR, ALLM, 330 Hz mode at 1080p, and a DisplayPort 1.4 input in addition to three HDMI 2.1 ports make the UR9S as well suited to PC use as it is to consoles. The 90 W 4.1.2-channel audio system, tuned with Devialet, delivers Dolby Atmos with enough presence to put off buying a soundbar. The VIDAA 9.5 interface rounds out the package, with Dolby Vision 2 compatibility announced by the brand.
