In 2019, Trosic decided to put it in music lovers’ pockets: EarMen was born. The sister brand takes Auris’s sonic DNA and concentrates it into miniature DACs and headphone amplifiers, designed for listening anywhere without sacrificing quality. Registered in the United States but manufactured in Europe, EarMen relies on ESS Sabre chips, high-resolution compatibility and a clear motto: “Sound above all”.
The gamble quickly paid off. From affordable compact USB DACs like the Sparrow to more ambitious models such as the Angel or the CH-Amp, EarMen has earned EISA awards, best portable amplifier accolades and, within just a few years, has become a benchmark in accessible audiophile portable audio. A fine story of passing on expertise: the standards of the grand listening room, scaled down to a device that fits in the hand.
