Pioneer VSX-935 black

Immerse yourself in the 3D surround sound of Dolby Atmos or DTS:X with a 5.2.2 channel speaker layout, or you can still enjoy similar effects thanks to Dolby Atmos Height Virtualizer and DTS Virtual:X even without height or surround speakers. Equipped with Ultra HD, HDR10, HLG and Dolby Vision pass-through, it delivers increasingly realistic images. Plus, the VSX-935 supports the HDMI 2.1 standard for 8K pass-through, VRR, ALLM, QFT for next-gen video/gaming with HDCP 2.3.

You can stream songs from various sources via Music Server, Bluetooth, DTS Play-Fi, Sonos system and Apple AirPlay 2. It is Roon tested, making it easy to stream music from AV equipment. Other highlights include Powered Zone 2 function with dedicated DAC, personal preset buttons, 2 HDMI outputs, and it works with Alexa/Ok Google for voice control.

Dolby Atmos/Dolby Surround

The VSX-935 is compatible with the 5.2.2 configuration of the latest cinema sound platform, Dolby Atmos. You can reproduce the sound of object movement smoothly and realistically, or realistic aerial three-dimensional movement through the upper speakers. Other audio codecs such as PCM and DSD can be mixed using Dolby Surround to enjoy 3D surround sound.

Dialog Enhancement

With this unique mid-spectrum sound control feature, you can make adjustments independent of the volume of the rest of the spectrum, including dialogue in movies, using the up/down key on the remote control.

MCACC Auto Room Tuning

Create an optimal acoustic environment with Pioneer’s MCACC (Multi-Channel Acoustic Calibration System), developed with the expertise of professional recording studios. Using the custom microphone, the system automatically compensates for differences in speaker size, level and distance, and equalizes the response.

Voice Control

The VSX-935 works with Ok Google, allowing you to control playback of various music services supported by Chromecast by asking a Google Assistant-enabled device to play, stop, skip, or turn the volume up or down. This amp also works with Alexa, so you can also use voice commands to control music services supported by Alexa-integrated devices. With both voice commands, you can easily command and enjoy music services or Internet radio with your voice, without using a remote control or smartphone app.
