BenQ X3100i: A Projector Made for Video Games

The BenQ X3100i video projector presents itself as an ideal solution for video game and home cinema enthusiasts, thanks to its advanced technical characteristics and versatility. This UHD 4K model offers an immersive visual and sound experience, suitable for a wide range of uses, from intense gaming sessions to family movie nights.

Image Quality and Performance

The X3100i stands out with its native 4K UHD resolution (3840×2160), ensuring exceptionally sharp images. Its high brightness of 3300 ANSI lumens allows for comfortable use even in bright environments, which is a major asset for daytime projections. The dynamic contrast of 600,000:1, combined with HDR10 support, ensures deep blacks and vivid colors for a rich and detailed picture.

The X3100i’s 4LED RVBB technology offers 100% coverage of the DCI-P3 color space, promising cinematic and vibrant colors for total immersion in your favorite games and movies. This technology also contributes to the longevity of the light source, with a lifespan of up to 30,000 hours in eco mode.

Optimized Gaming Experience

Designed with gaming in mind, the X3100i features a low input lag ranging from 4.2 to 16.7 ms depending on resolution and refresh rate, making it ideal for games requiring instant responsiveness. The image modes specific to different game types (RPG, SPG, FPS) improve the readability and clarity of scenes, allowing players to easily spot enemies and hidden objects.

Unmatched Image Depth

One of the most impressive features of the X3100i is its ability to deliver stunning image depth. Thanks to HDR tone mapping and SSI Dynamic Black technology, this video projector automatically adjusts light intensity to reveal the finest details, even in the darkest shadow areas.

Sound System: CinematicSound Technology

The X3100i doesn’t just excel visually; it also creates an auditory landscape that rivals many home theater systems. BenQ’s CinematicSound technology, powered by a dedicated Bongiovi DPS, creates a 3D audio universe filled with depth and precision. This allows players to experience every in-game change, from explosive action to the subtlest sounds, with surgical precision.

Universal Connectivity and 4K Streaming

Connectivity is a breeze with the X3100i. Two HDMI 2.0b ports ensure compatibility with a wide range of devices, including PS5, PS4, Switch, and Xbox Series X. The inclusion of Google-licensed Android TV provides access to a vast library of online media, making it easy to stream 4K content from platforms like Netflix directly through the video projector. eARC support enables 7.1-channel audio and Dolby Atmos, further enhancing the immersive experience.

Connectivity

The video projector offers extensive connectivity with three HDMI inputs, a multimedia USB port, and support for Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, making it easy to connect to a variety of devices. Compatibility with Android TV opens up access to a wide range of streaming services, such as Netflix, Prime Video, and YouTube, directly from the projector.

Flexible and Easy Installation

The BenQ X3100i offers optimal installation flexibility thanks to its 40 to 60% vertical lens shift, allowing it to be installed on both the ceiling and a table without compromising image quality. Moreover, its adjustable focal length from 1.15 to 1.5 and digital zoom up to 1.3 times the original image size make it easy to adapt to any gaming space.
