HDCP 2.2
HDCP (High-bandwidth Digital Content Protection) is a digital copy protection system used to prevent the unauthorized copying and distribution of digital audio and video content. HDCP 2.2 is the latest version of the HDCP standard and is designed to protect high-definition (HD) and ultra-high-definition (UHD) content.
The HDCP 2.2 standard uses encryption to protect the transmission of audio and video signals between devices. It is designed to work with the HDMI (High-Definition Multimedia Interface) interface and other digital interfaces, and is supported by many televisions, monitors, and other video display devices, as well as by some streaming services and content providers.
