The X-Cd5 CD player combines a superb presentation with exemplary technical precision.

The X-Cd5 features a metal chassis, which reduces the risk of interference between the various components of your HiFi system. The metal mechanism is suspended to eliminate unwanted vibrations during disc playback.

When designing the X-Cd5, nothing was left to chance. All the components are “audiophile” grade. Special attention was paid to the output stage, which delivers great smoothness, stunning realism, and exceptional dynamic performance for its category. The X-Cd5 can play CDs, CD-Rs, MP3s, and hybrid SACDs. The 24-bit/192 kHz converter ensures remarkable performance. A switching power supply provides electrical energy to the various circuits.

The X-Cd5 CD player has two stereo analog outputs, one balanced (XLR) and one unbalanced (RCA), as well as two digital outputs, one optical and one coaxial. A USB-A port allows connecting a USB drive containing music files, which can be controlled via the remote.

When the unit is no longer in use, it automatically enters standby mode to save energy and comply with European regulations.
