The Tales 400 is a bass reflex subwoofer featuring a new 30cm diameter long-throw bass driver.

The amplifiers in the Tales series were updated in 2018 to provide additional dynamics and control, as well as a wider range of connectivity options. The Tales 400 has a power output of 300W RMS (400W peak) and now features an LFE input, in addition to the standard line input.

It also has an automatic standby system, adjustable crossover frequency, volume and phase controls allowing optimal adjustment of the subwoofer relative to its placement in the room and the main speakers being used.
