A plasma fan from way back, this is my second OLED, delivered in November. As usual, it gives me a feeling of solidity, with flawless finish quality.
The sound system is impressive for a TV, even if it’s a bit light on bass. Brightness is satisfactory for my usage conditions. Even if the panel isn’t the star of the moment, it’s still an OLED with realistic picture and colors. I was afraid the Fire TV OS would be distracting, but it isn’t at all and is almost transparent... small drawbacks from my limited experience: it’s a bit short on bass, but there is an output planned for a small additional subwoofer and so on... calibration of the picture modes seems approximate to my eyes and tastes, so I already know the internal settings menu tree by heart 😁 subject to the fact that I’m not a specialist, I find it a shame that Pana/Amazon don’t allow external hard drives to be recognized unless they’re in FAT32, which means you’re forced to use an external player to watch your videos... but anyway, these are details with available solutions... so as far as I’m concerned, this device suits me perfectly.
