Samsung UE65H8000

Full HD image quality for complete immersion

Thanks to the curved design of the H8000 TV, experience a completely immersive Full HD quality experience. Its airy design and ultra-thin edges will quickly be forgotten, leaving only the image.

The beauty of curves, for a unique immersion

With a curved screen, you will discover unprecedented realism and immersion. The image envelops you to completely immerse you in the action. The screen’s curve is optimally designed for viewers, allowing them to enjoy a grandiose image with balanced and uniform contrasts across all areas of the screen.

A unique sense of depth

Get ready to see images more realistic than ever. Thanks to Auto Depth Enhancer technology, your curved TV can play with the contrasts of each plane of the image to give much more depth to your favorite scenes. You have to see it to believe it, so don’t hesitate to come see Samsung’s new curved screens in store and you too will be amazed by their image quality.

Very fine image quality optimization

Samsung’s exclusive Micro-Dimming technology allows for extremely precise and dynamic optimization of image quality. In each area of the image, your TV can optimize contrasts, colors and details according to the content on the screen. The result is spectacular, blacks are deeper, colors are more vivid, details are more precise.

Sharp images, even in motion

Samsung’s Clear Motion Rate (CMR) technology eliminates blurring of moving objects in fast-paced scenes. A high level of CMR will give you breathtaking action or sports scenes. This performance is made possible by combining the performance of the TV’s panel, image processor and backlight.

Smart Evolution

Thanks to Smart Evolution technology, your TV is upgradeable. Add an Evolution Kit to your compatible TV to enjoy the latest technologies and Samsung Smart TV services without having to change your TV. The Evolution Kit allows you to do a hardware and software update of your TV, which allows you to boost the performance of your TV to make it compatible with future Samsung Smart TV services.

A curved design that combines elegance and immersion

Your curved TV will seduce you as much by its design as by its image quality. Its unique curved shape will bring a touch of sophistication to your interior, enhanced by the metallic finishes and the brushed aluminum stand. But the curved design will especially allow you to enjoy a totally immersive experience. The screen surrounds you, the image seems larger and you are now completely immersed in the action.

Instant On

The Instant On function allows your TV to start in less than two seconds. That’s much faster than with a 2013 Samsung Smart TV. Spend less time waiting, and more time enjoying your Smart TV.

Rediscover multitasking with the Multi-Link x2 screen

Samsung’s Multi-Link screen allows you to easily and quickly access a variety of content and information without losing sight of the show you’re currently watching. On your Full HD TV, enjoy two screens simultaneously. You can browse the internet, launch an app, or watch a YouTube clip while keeping your TV channel on the same screen, or display two channels at the same time. It’s almost like having two TVs at once.

The Smart TV is faster than ever thanks to the power of the Quad Core processor

Forget your old remote control with Samsung’s Smart Touch Remote. This modern and compact remote has all the buttons you need for everyday TV use. It also features a touchpad and pointer for easy navigation of Smart Hub pages and the internet. The on-screen cursor allows for quick text input, and the video control buttons are very handy for controlling your movies, whether on the TV or your Blu-Ray player.

Have a question? Need a recommendation? Just ask your TV.

Samsung is perfecting voice interaction so you can ask your TV for anything. Want to watch a particular movie? Say “Find” followed by the movie name. Or say, “Can you find me the movie…?” Your TV understands your voice and responds. To watch a specific channel, simply say its name. For program or content recommendations, ask “What do you suggest I watch tonight?”

Easily control your TV with your voice

Samsung’s voice interaction allows you to command your TV by simply talking to it. Use simple commands to utilize your TV’s features. You can choose your channel, adjust the volume, or even turn it off with a single word.

One keyword to control it all

Samsung enhances voice interaction, enabling you to control your TV and find what you want by saying just one word. If you want to watch a movie, press the “Voice” button on your remote and simply say its name. To launch an app, like YouTube for example, say “YouTube”. If you want to surf a website, just say its address. With Samsung’s voice interaction, it’s that simple.

Your TV obeys your every gesture

With the latest gesture control technology, you can not only control your TV with hand movements but also with simple single-finger gestures! The gesture control is precise enough to recognize your fingertip, allowing you to browse the internet, scroll through browser pages, change the volume or channel, launch an app, or simply navigate the Smart Hub.

One app to share it all

With the Smart View 2.0 app, sharing content between your various screens is now child’s play. Via your WiFi network, you can view the content playing on your TV on your smartphone or tablet. You can also watch all the photos or videos stored on your smartphone on the big screen of your TV. It’s so simple, you don’t have to do anything - just launch the app.

The excitement of the stadium in your living room

With Football mode, you’re right in the match. The image is specially optimized to let you soak in the stadium atmosphere. The powerful, multi-surround sound immerses you in the ambiance and lets you revel in all the excitement of the game. And to take it even further, you can zoom into one of the 9 zones of the image to see important plays in detail. Was there a handball in the box or not? You’ll know for sure with the press of a single button on your remote control.

Play video games, without a video game console

No need for a console anymore - you can find a selection of games directly on your Smart TV. Take your pick from the selection of games available on the “Games” page of your Smart Hub, in categories as varied as Racing, Sports, Action, and Family. To play, you can use your Smart Touch remote control, your mobile device, or a compatible game controller - whichever you choose, it’s all about having fun with family and friends.

Discover 3D in true Full HD

Push the boundaries of picture and entertainment. Samsung’s active 3D technology lets you watch everything you love in 3D, without losing any of the Full HD quality. What you could only experience in an amusement park a few years ago is now possible in your living room, for all your movies. With this level of realism, you’ll wow your family and friends.

The sensations of the stadium and more, from your couch

Experience the electric atmosphere of the stadium, from the comfort of your living room. With the “Sports” mode on your Samsung TV, enjoy sound and picture quality specially optimized to make you feel the pulse of your favorite matches. Once Football mode is activated, your TV automatically records the entire game, and if the crowd goes wild or the score changes, your TV automatically saves the key moments. You can watch and re-watch them without missing any of the live action, for the ultimate football experience!
