STAX SR-507
This product is no longer available for sale!
Overview
This audiophile headphone uses electrostatic panel technology. Thanks to their large emissive surface area, the listener is immersed in a musical ambiance that is beyond comparison with the transducers of traditional headphones. The main characteristic of the listening experience is absolute transparency across the entire audio spectrum, as well as an absence of lag in the bass. In a word, the listening experience is breathtaking.
The Stax SR-507 differs from the SR-307 and 407 by employing a more ergonomic and finely adjustable headband, as well as using a higher quality cable with oxygen-free silver-plated conductors (99.99999%).
It cannot be connected to just any headphone output and requires the use of a specific amplifier, particularly due to the constraints related to its impedance. It is compatible with the brand’s dedicated amplifiers, especially tube amplifiers.
For passionate audiophiles.
