The brand new DCD-1520AE easily reads SA-CDs, CDs or USB sources like previous models in the range, but now you can enjoy the audio converter from the USB-B port on the rear panel for ultra-high resolution PC audio streaming. All signals undergo the DCD-1520AE’s Advanced AL32 processing and high-precision 32-bit/192 kHz A/D converter. Does all this sound too technical? Let’s just say it’s simply perfection in hi-fi.

To meet the evolving demands of today’s HiFi enthusiasts, Denon offers the DCD-1520AE, with a complex construction like a precision mechanical mass construction on a triple-layer base, a newly developed SVH mechanism with a low center of gravity, and die-cast aluminum anti-vibration, the tray care for optimal digital disc playback combined with the ability to directly connect a computer to the USB-B input. Asynchronous USB-B connectivity allows you to enjoy master quality music at 192 kHz/24 and even the known bitstream formats of SACD which are DSD2.8 and DSD5.6.

All digital signals will be carefully processed by the Advanced AL32 Processing as well as high quality 32-bit/192 kHz DA converters ensuring higher levels of detail at all volumes. A DAC master clock Circuit Design eliminates jitter and noise and allows for a clear sound image.
