The Penta Hybrid technology provides harmonized sound frequencies without overlapping phase issues. For the sound from the drivers to reach your eardrums, it must pass through the housing / nozzle / eartip assembly. The flawless operation of 5 drivers is made possible by the very specific and precise length of each sound tube, which essentially determines the volume of air in front of each particular driver. This design eliminates the imperfections you may find in ordinary plastic tube and damper systems, commonly used in multi-driver assemblies.
