Lyra Delos STEREO

Overview
On most stereo moving coil cartridges, the two coils attached to the cantilever are positioned such that applying the normal tracking force pushes the coils out of alignment with the magnetic circuit during playback. The result: significantly reduced coil sensitivity and linearity, and degraded sound quality.
The Delos solves this problem thanks to a new cartridge body structure and a new pre-oriented damping system. This pre-orientation combined with the coil arrangement allows them to maintain perfect alignment with the magnetic circuit when the tracking force is applied. The result is an astonishing “presence” and naturalness, unprecedented in this price range.
A balanced reproduction, with the performance of very high-end cartridges, especially in the bass. The DELOS sounds very natural, very refined, with great transparency and precision - a familiar result to LYRA cartridge users.
Very quiet in the groove, the “sonic substance” of the reproduction (SKALA style) gives it an incredibly seductive realism. The bass is deep and well-articulated. The exceptional clarity enhances dynamics and relaxed listening… that you’ll want to prolong!
Compared to other high-end cartridges, it may seem very slightly “warm,” but not in an overly pronounced way.
