Overview
This highly versatile subwoofer is compact enough to not clutter even the most modest rooms, yet powerful enough to fill larger spaces with strong, deep bass - whether from music sources or movie soundtracks. The imposing 250 mm driver, featuring a composite paper and kevlar cone, a very large magnet, and a voice coil capable of handling the most extreme power levels, is able to move large volumes of air with delicacy and control to avoid altering the integrity of the very low frequencies. In order to force the driver to work in a relatively small enclosure volume, the subwoofer has been equipped with a powerful 500 Watt amplifier, capable of effortlessly providing the necessary equalization. Equipped with wide-bandwidth audiophile circuits operating in class D and a switching power supply, this amplifier is highly efficient, generates little heat, and is extremely reliable.
