Overview

All Zappiti products have been designed with special attention to ergonomics to provide users with simple, intuitive and fun management of video file collections. The Zappiti HDR range players have received numerous awards and accolades in the press worldwide. The Zappiti Pro 4K HDR is the result of a year of research and development as well as intensive testing. This exceptional media player combines the best possible performance with a unique design for high-end home cinema. It supports most digital audio and video formats, including the most modern ones (10-bit color encoding), all 3D video standards (with 3D subtitles) and a heavy and solid chassis, dual HDMI output, 4K 60p compatibility, HDR, DTS:X, an extremely low-noise premium power supply, a high-quality coaxial audio output, a zero signal output and a 6.35 mm headphone output for an optimal home cinema experience.

Zappiti MagicPixel v2.5

Forget about overpriced external video processors! With Zappiti, enjoy dreamy picture quality. The Zappiti Pro 4K HDR incorporates Zappiti MagicPixel v2.5, a new version of the famous image processing that delivers exceptional picture quality further improved compared to the previous generation models, with in particular better dynamics, colorimetry respecting video standards, increased image precision, a powerful deinterlacing filter and better upscaling (up to 4K resolution). Even on a simple Full HD 1080p TV or video projector, the image is significantly improved! 3D also offers better image depth and an impressive immersive effect.

Ultra HD 4K

The Zappiti Pro 4K HDR is equipped with an HDMI 2.0a output for full compatibility with your native Ultra HD 4K video files! Zappiti MagicPixel also converts SD and HD videos to Ultra High Definition UHD 4K, to enjoy current video content on new generation TVs and video projectors, and thanks to dynamic processing, precision is further improved!

HDR > SDR

You don’t have an Ultra HD 4K TV or video projector? Zappiti has the solution! Zappiti Magic Pixel technology converts Ultra HD video content into very high quality uncompressed 1080p 4:4:4 streams to enjoy UHD 4K content on Full HD 1080p screens. This process increases the resolution by about 30% compared to Blu-ray format on a 1080p TV. In addition, HDR is perfectly converted to SDR with in particular an adaptation of the BT.2020 color encoding format to BT.709 (3D LUTs) for perfect color reproduction. Thanks to Zappiti MagicPixel v2.5 technology, you can fully enjoy the benefits of UHD 4K content on your older generation TV or video projector!

Premium power supply (R-Core)

The Zappiti Pro 4K HDR is powered by a massive R-Core type power transformer, which offers superior performance to standard power supplies and provides a very clean and robust current source, producing low and considerably reduced external magnetic field interference compared to traditional transformers equipped with a laminated steel core. R-Core type transformers offer less capacitive coupling between the primary and secondary (less noise crossing) than toroidal transformers. They also offer better efficiency than EI-Core type transformers. Thus, we find most of the advantages of other types without their disadvantages. Finally, R-Core type transformers offer a better quality-price ratio than their competitors. Thanks to its high-end power supply, the Zappiti Pro 4K HDR offers a sharp and precise image and extreme black depth, which is particularly interesting for video projection. The audio outputs are noise-free for more natural timbres, perfect channel balance, respect for silences, as well as faster and more dynamic accents.
