To effectively clean the grooves, you need to wash the record with water. The Rekkord RCM thoroughly cleans records in two rotations with its super powerful suction motor. The best results are achieved with one forward rotation followed by one in reverse.

For optimal cleaning, you also need a suitable cleaning fluid. Alcohol-based cleaning fluids can destroy the musical micro-information in the grooves. That’s why we use an eco-friendly, alcohol-free cleaning fluid. The aluminum surface can withstand excessive fluid spillage without compromising the chassis.
