Overview
The Gefen Ethernet Coaxial units send an RJ-45 Ethernet signal through RG59 or RG-6 coaxial cable over a maximum distance of 300m. The GefenTv 1080p HDMI is a low-cost portable device. It is a tool that allows installers to locate, calibrate and troubleshoot HDTV equipment and monitors quickly and efficiently.
The GefenTV generator control is simple and intuitive. You can use the button on the panel or download a Windows application for advanced controls (timing, programming mode, playback and recording, etc.).
Simply connect your HDTV screen to the HDMI output of the GefenTV generator. Then activate the on-screen menu via the infrared remote control and select the test you want to perform. You will easily discover the options and features via the on-screen menu. You can feed analog or digital audio into the rear panel of the signal generator to hear music while evaluating your monitor rather than hearing the default high-pitched tone. Note: This device is HDCP and HDMI compatible
