Anchor Bay ABT2015

The Anchor Bay Technologies video scaling chip is specially manufactured for applications requiring high-quality upscaling from standard video formats like 576i to high definition, including 1080p, I/P conversion, and upscaling of analog video signals to the digital domain for transfer via HDMI. The chip features Anchor Bay’s patented 10-bit Precision Video Conversion Engine that can adjust an image horizontally and vertically to achieve exceptional image quality for high-resolution video projection where performance demands are evident today. See “1080p Upconversion”. Marantz uses the ABT1030 standard as well as the ABT2015 chip, offering more video adjustment possibilities and noise reduction processing.
