Samsung UE40H7000

The image takes center stage, while the sound remains discreet yet powerful

With Samsung’s elegant and minimalist design, you’ll quickly forget the ultra-thin edges of your TV and see only the picture, which seems to be suspended in mid-air. The high-end materials and premium finishes make your TV a decorative object in its own right, one you’ll be proud to display. The speakers are subtly integrated into the frame of your TV to provide pure, powerful sound with utmost discretion.

Ultra-fine optimization of image quality

Samsung’s exclusive Micro-Dimming technology allows for extremely precise and dynamic optimization of image quality. In each area of the image, your TV can optimize contrast, colors, and details based on the content displayed on the screen. The result is spectacular: deeper blacks, more vivid colors, and more precise details.

Sharp images, even in motion

Samsung’s Clear Motion Rate (CMR) technology eliminates blur on moving objects in fast-paced scenes. A high CMR level will provide breathtaking action or sports scenes. This performance is made possible by combining the capabilities of the TV’s panel, image processor, and backlight.

Rediscover multitasking with the Multi-Link x2 screen

Samsung’s Multi-Link screen allows you to easily and quickly access a range of content and information without losing sight of the show you’re watching. On your Full HD TV, enjoy two screens simultaneously. You can browse the Internet, launch an app, or watch a YouTube clip while keeping your TV channel on the same screen, or display two channels at the same time. It’s almost like having two TVs at once.

Instant On

The Instant On feature allows your TV to start up in less than two seconds. That’s much faster than a Samsung Smart TV in 2013. Spend less time waiting and more time enjoying your Smart TV.

One keyword to control

Samsung enhances voice interaction, allowing you to control your TV and find what you want by just saying a word. If you want to watch a movie, simply press the “Voice” button on your remote and say its name. To launch an app, like YouTube for example, say “YouTube.” If you want to surf a website, just say its address. With Samsung’s voice interaction, it’s that simple.

Easily control your TV with your voice

Samsung’s voice interaction allows you to command your TV simply by talking to it. Use simple commands to utilize your TV’s features. You can choose your channel, adjust the volume, or even turn it off with a single word.

Your TV obeys your every gesture

With the latest gesture control technology, you can not only control your TV with hand movements but also with simple gestures using just one finger! Gesture control is precise enough to recognize the tip of your finger, allowing you to browse the Internet, scroll through browser pages, change the volume or channel, launch an app, or simply navigate the Smart Hub.

h1; Play video games, without a video game console

No more need for a console, you can find a selection of games directly on your Smart TV. Make your choice from the selection of games available on the “Games” page of your Smart Hub, in categories as varied as Racing, Sports, Action, Family. To play, you can use your Smart Touch remote control, your mobile device or a compatible game controller. But whatever your choice, you will have a pleasant time with family.

The sensations of the stadium and more, from your couch

Find the electric atmosphere of the stadium, in the comfort of your living room. Thanks to the “Sports” mode of your Samsung TV, enjoy sound and image quality specially optimized to make you vibrate to the rhythm of your favorite matches. Once football mode is activated, your TV automatically records the entire match, and if the atmosphere heats up, or if the score changes, your TV automatically memorizes the key moments. You can watch and re-watch them without losing sight of the live action for the ultimate football experience!

The Smart TV even more intuitive with the new Smart Touch remote control

Forget your old remote control thanks to Samsung’s Smart Touch remote control. This modern and compact remote control includes all the keys you need to use your TV on a daily basis. It is also equipped with a touchpad and a pointer, to easily navigate the pages of the Smart Hub and on the Internet. The on-screen cursor allows you to enter text very quickly and the video control keys will be very practical to control your movies, on the TV or your Blu-Ray player.

The Smart TV even faster thanks to the power of the Quad Core processor

Thanks to a powerful Quad Core processor, your entire Smart TV becomes even faster. You will immediately feel the difference, whether browsing the Internet or quickly switching from one application to another. With all this extra power, spend more time enjoying, and less time navigating.

Discover 3D in true Full HD

Push the boundaries of image and entertainment. Samsung’s active 3D technology allows you to watch everything you love in 3D, without losing any of the Full HD quality. What you could only experience in an amusement park a few years ago is now possible in your living room, for all your movies. With such a level of realism, you will amaze your family and friends.

Richer and more balanced colors

Thanks to an advanced algorithm, Samsung Wide Color Enhancer Plus technology sublimates the colors of each image and reveals the smallest details. With Wide Color Enhancer Plus, now discover colors as they really are.

Watch movies and photos stored on your USB key

With ConnectShare Movie, just plug your USB key into your TV to play the content stored on it. Watch your personal movies, your photos, and listen to your music on your TV speakers.
