Furutech Pure power 6

The Pure Power 6 is designed like a Swiss vault, a virtual black hole for EMI and RFI. The beautifully machined chassis is crafted with the precision of CNC machines from a solid aluminum alloy that effectively shields against RFI (Radio Frequency Interference).

Three isolated compartments house three independently powered duplex receptacles that use the finest Teflon insulation for the best α (Alpha) treated silver-plated OFC conductors. The live and neutral conductors from the IEC are enclosed in a central chamber, Bugatti-secured with eight rivets, and filled with Formula GC-303 EMI-absorbent material.

GC-303 absorbs the high-frequency noise that current develops as it travels through electrical wires. This exceptional EMI-isolating material is also used in other Furutech power distributors and filters, as well as in the modules surrounding all Reference series cables.

Furutech’s receptacles ensure a secure fit for power cords. Pure Transmission technology is present at every level: the rhodium-plated receptacles are not simply flush-mounted into the chassis, but drilled 25mm into the thick aluminum for the most effective mating.

The already solidly mounted flanges are held in place top and bottom of each duplex against the chassis using thick aluminum blocks that apply pressure along the length and width of the flange rather than simply affixing it with screws at four points.

When Furutech says “Pure Transmission” they mean it. Each duplex is stabilized with a double axial locking system; two dedicated screws anchor the rear of each receptacle for maximum mechanical integrity.

Four elegantly machined adjustable feet ensure the unit’s stability. Connect your digital gear to one duplex, analog to another, your amplifier to the third for clean, unrestrained and stable AC power, and rich, dynamic sound.
