Aurender: all products
Aurender is a South Korean manufacturer of high-end hi-fi digital sources: music servers, network players, transports and all-in-one units with an integrated converter. Founded in 2010 in Seoul by engineer Harry Lee, the brand made a name for itself as early as 2011 with the tablet-controllable S10 server, followed by the W20. Its principle remains the same from one model to the next: removing the computer from dematerialized audio by copying files to internal SSD memory before playback, eliminating the mechanical noise of drives and network-related uncertainties. Fully linear power supplies with shielded toroidal transformers, an isolated Ethernet port, a shielded asynchronous USB output and precision clocks complete a design focused on reducing noise and jitter, while the in-house Conductor application manages the local library and high-resolution streaming services within the same interface. In listening terms, this results in a silent background, clearly audible micro-details, crisp attacks and a stable stereo image. The range is chosen according to three criteria: internal storage or not, integrated digital-to-analog converter or USB connection to an external one, and volume control allowing direct connection to a power amplifier.
