What happens if my product stops working during the manufacturer's warranty period?
If your product breaks down during the manufacturer’s warranty period, please contact us by message and provide details about the issue you are experiencing. Don’t forget to include the product’s serial number and, if applicable, send us photos and/or videos. We will then provide you with instructions for handling the warranty claim.
It is essential that you keep the original protective packaging (polystyrene, boxes) and all the accessories provided (cable, remote control, manual, calibration microphone).
For televisions, the repair will be carried out at your home. Please provide us with your contact information and a photo of the identification plate located on the back of the television.
For other devices, the product will need to be sent to a technical service center.
