What happens if items are missing from my order?
We may occasionally experience a temporary stock shortage for an item. The timeframes indicated on the website represent an average estimate of the replenishment time. However, we can only confirm the delivery date with certainty once we have contacted our supplier.
It’s important to note that if an item is missing from an order containing multiple items, it will cause a delay in the complete delivery.
