How does a multi-product shipment work?
Please note that for orders including two or more products, the option for delivery to a pick-up point will not be available.
In the case of shipping a package over 30 kg (a large television, for example) or a multiple order (a speaker pack, amplifier, etc.), road transport is preferred with home delivery by a delivery driver. Within 48 hours, you will receive an SMS on your mobile phone (check that you have indicated it correctly on your profile) informing you of the scheduled delivery date. If this day is not convenient for you, you can take the initiative to call the driver to schedule the delivery for a date that suits you best.
