Will my order be delivered to my floor?
Delivery is made at the bottom of the building or in front of your home.
It is advisable to have several people present on the day of delivery. You can ask the driver for help, but they are not obligated to accept.
If you would like delivery to a specific floor, a quote request will be made to our carrier. Since this requires two drivers, the cost will be higher than a normal delivery, and the delivery time will be slightly longer.
