Very good sound. The only downside is the Wi-Fi connection following a change of router, as I can't get it to connect to the new router despite a reset!

Absolutely nothing to say, it's NAD, it's serious...

Product meets expectations, no issues, but the instructions are more than basic, in fact non-existent.

Very easy to install by following the step-by-step instructions. A bit of a shame to be forced to go through the Google Home app. In fact, Nad doesn't have its own app to manage the Google Chromecast that it has integrated into its C338. As for the Nad Remote app, there's no point in installing it, it's not much use. On the other hand, it can work without any problem with a third-party application such as MyConnect. Once installed, the ergonomics are top-notch. Using the MyConnect app, there's no need for a remote control anymore, everything can be managed via the app: the Nad turns on automatically when the first playback is launched. Sound management also works via the app, and it turns itself off after 30 minutes. When listening (on Triangle Borea BR03 speakers and Qobuz streaming): it's very pleasant and very clean. I don't find it dull at all. You can feel that it has power in reserve, the highs never grate and it's very lively in the low frequencies without having to use the Bass EQ. It's dynamic without generating any listening fatigue. One small criticism perhaps on the Mids which I sometimes find a tad recessed. The Wifi sometimes drops out. It's not necessarily the amp that's at fault because my listening room is far from my router, but I find it a shame that NAD didn't provide a wired RJ45 connection which would have avoided this kind of inconvenience. Conclusion: very pleasantly surprised by this "small" connected amp which I highly recommend.

Very satisfied with the amplifier, easy to set up, excellent acoustics and dynamics. The apps are more disappointing, I am forced to use a computer to select streaming music. NAD media tuner does not connect to the NAD C338.

The NAD has a somewhat unique sound, but you quickly get used to its great sonic depth (with BOSE 301 Music Monitor II speakers). Its SPDIF copper & fiber inputs allowed me to digitize all my sources (cable box, DVD/Blu-ray player, PS4) + excellent Bluetooth. And so many digital services are accessible from the NAD via WiFi. BubbleUPnP enabled me to connect my NAS to the NAD, not to mention Chromecast with Spotify. Sometimes it glitches a bit, but restarting the services fixes it. Reason for my purchase: my Pioneer A110 amp had lost a channel; now it's multi-source music all day long! An excellent upgrade.

4.5/5.
After 4 months of use, this product is a marvel of quality and formidably effective.
Pros: Very simple installation, performance/power, quality of materials, perfect connectivity (even in an old house with thick walls and far from the amp), automatic power-on as soon as sound arrives, small remote control for remote use.
Cons: No bass, treble, or balance adjustments. It is only possible to select the EQ bass button to enhance the low frequencies; digital display readable at a maximum of 2m from the amp.
Amp paired with Q Acoustic 3050i speakers, QED XT25 cable.

A loyal fan of the NAD brand, this small-sized amp is of excellent quality. Installed in a secondary setup with Q Acoustics 3020i speakers, my daughter is delighted.

The NAD C338 amplifier fully satisfies me. Thanks to it, I can once again fully enjoy my Bang & Olufsen speakers. This amp replaces a poor quality Sony amplifier that an audio equipment supplier had pawned off on me after being unable to repair my original B&O equipment.

I searched for months for a class AB amplifier in the under €1,100 range to replace my old Audiolab 8000. It's clear that in this segment, the classics are lagging behind for now. In my opinion, the C338 is a future must-have for affordable hi-fi, just as the 3020 was in its day. At this price point, in terms of options and possibilities, it doesn't have many competitors, because it's evident that traditional hi-fi manufacturers are still struggling to adapt to digital evolutions.
Pros: connectivity, fully loaded with features.
