The amazing levitating isolation platform
The Relaxa 530 is the flagship of the latest reincarnations of this unique magnetic isolation device that has become a classic, created and patented in 1999. The platform is made of tempered glass, an extremely rigid material capable of supporting heavy loads for extended periods. It floats in the air thanks to the repulsive effect of 5 powerful magnet pairs, one of which is integrated into a steel structure that forms the base.
This process eliminates the influence of any external vibration, regardless of frequency, more so than any other isolation technique. The magnetic fields of the powerful magnets are oriented vertically and the small residue of each is confined in a housing.
The payload ranges from 3 to 30 kg. The horizontal level indicated by a gauge integrated into the platform can be adjusted by simply turning the magnet housings. The effective shelf size is (LxD): 512 x 460 mm.
