The finish is excellent, as always with Paradigm.
Be sure to check the dimensions carefully, as this is a speaker with substantial size.
The black grille allows for a slightly more discreet integration; the white is bright/shiny and may stand out in a home theater setup with a predominantly dark/black color scheme.
I chose this center speaker for two reasons:
- to complement two floorstanding speakers of the same brand (Monitor 9 V7) that are over 10 years old and still delight me every day (same impedance, same sensitivity, same driver technology, etc...).
- to replace a Highland Audio 430c center speaker, which had less power but was more "musical."
The two 140mm drivers provide solid bass/midrange.
The power reserve is very good.
The 25mm driver delivers treble without harshness or sibilance.
At a discounted price, it’s a must-have with an exceptional price/performance ratio if your amp is well matched.
At full price, you should test it, as it competes with entry-level models from major brands (KLIPSCH; TRIANGLE; ...).
A small downside in my opinion: the port is located at the back, which makes it a bit harder to integrate "inside" a piece of furniture.
Placing it "on top" of furniture is preferable to get the best bass/midrange performance.
This is just a detail for a home theater setup with good floorstanding speakers and a good subwoofer.

Penser à bien vérifier les dimensions car c'est une enceinte de dimensions imposantes.

J'ai choisi cette enceinte centrale pour deux raisons :

Petit Bémol selon mon avis : l'évent est situé en partie arrière ce qui réduit un peu l'intégration "dans" un meuble.
L'installation "sur" un meuble est donc préférable pour profiter des MED/GRA dans les meilleurs conditions.
Cela reste un détail pour une installation H-C avec des bonnes colonnes et un bon sub.
