5% Silver Solid Core Conductor

Solid core conductors eliminate distortion from strand interaction and reduce jitter. Silver-plated solid core conductors are ideal for high frequencies. This is because high frequency signals travel almost exclusively on the surface of the conductor. Since the surface is very pure silver, the result is very close to that of a solid silver cable, but at a price much closer to a solid copper cable. It is an extraordinarily cost-effective way to make very high quality subwoofer cables.

Polyethylene Air Tube Insulation

Any solid material in contact with a conductor helps form an imperfect circuit. Cable jacket and circuit board materials all absorb energy (loss). Some of this energy is stored and released as distortion. All conductors in Husky cable use PE Air Tube insulation because air absorbs almost no energy and polyethylene is a low-loss, distortion-free material. PE Air Tube insulation produces far less blurring than many other materials.
