They're OK but way too complicated for me to use. Used for 2 months then put back in the box.

Excellent all-in-one compatible with Bluesound, a very beautiful device with its large-format screen, highly recommended +++++.

Very good sound, especially after calibration with Dirac (I bought the full version). Pairs very well with BW 603 S2 Anniversary Edition speakers (good bass that's not irritating and highs that don't cause headaches). However, there's no compatibility with Google Assistant or Chromecast. I really don't like the BluOS app and its features.
In terms of aesthetics, it's a very beautiful device - you can tell it's high-end.

Beautiful object, beautiful musicality. Unfortunately, BluOS is not crash-free. No reset button: the only solution is to pull the cord... Good integration with Tidal Connect. eArc was frustrating because the input volume is in my case way too low, which forces you to push a volume that is only adjustable once for all, regardless of the input... Watch out for your ears. Also, when playing a playlist, there is no normalization of the listening level between tracks, which degrades the listening pleasure. It remains a pleasant product to use, very compact, that you can place in a room to enjoy Nad sound without stacking the usual monstrous black hi-fi blocks. A bit light with some speakers.
I'm parting with it after almost 1 year for a Hifi Rose which, with its interface, makes BluOS pale in comparison: simplicity and rationality of the UI, and no bugs on the horizon for now...

Good amplifier, once configured. Although familiar with this type of product, there were quite a few bugs during startup and the first update. Subsequently, using the Dirac calibration was laborious (integrating a subwoofer) due to version incompatibilities between the Dirac app and the amp. NAD support took forever to respond. To the point that I almost returned the product.
Once these annoyances were overcome, I particularly enjoy using this amp. It drives demanding speakers in a large room. Everything works very well and the whole family can use it without any headaches (streaming Tidal and Spotify and for movies in 2.2). In fact, I find the sound for movies much better than with other stereo amps.
Finally, I particularly appreciate BluOS for its ergonomics and features (I'm coming from Heos which probably explains it).
Despite a difficult start, I still give it 5 stars because I smile every time I turn it on!

I have been using it for 1 month after spending 2 years with the M10 v1. All the imperfections have been ironed out; an increased sound level for the same setting, a smoother transition between Dirac presets, and when you decide to use the treble/bass settings, there is no longer a -6db drop. As for the rest, the sound is the same, and the BluOs interface is still as practical and reliable regardless of the source: Vinyl, TV via HDMI, streaming... A very nice versatile device sublimated by Dirac which works wonders in complicated listening environments.
