The best portable streaming speaker I’ve heard so far. Incredible sound, a real soundstage, and stereo-capable when paired with a second speaker.

The Pearl Myuki is the latest high-end portable speaker from French brand Cabasse. This nomadic speaker positions itself as a direct competitor to the Devialet Mania. With The Pearl Myuki, Cabasse continues its quest for sound and offers a premium listening experience in a compact and easily transportable format.
Despite its small size, The Pearl Myuki demonstrates astonishing acoustic performance. It is equipped with a DOM 45 wide-band speaker as well as two 12 cm bass speakers with a honeycomb-type cellular membrane structure, arranged in a Push Push configuration, operating in a very restricted load volume. This ensures present, firm and taut bass.
The speaker stands out for its ability to deliver a high level of detail, whether on voices or instruments. The sound stage is wide and precise, with a good sense of depth. Even at high volumes, The Pearl Myuki maintains a satisfactory tonal balance and contained distortion.
Thanks to its advanced digital processing, the speaker intelligently adapts to its environment. It analyzes the room acoustics in real time to optimize its frequency response and provide a consistent rendering, whether placed on a piece of furniture or outdoors.
In terms of connectivity, The Pearl Myuki offers multiple options to enjoy your music:
This nomadic speaker therefore offers great flexibility of use to adapt to all uses, whether at home or on the go.
It has a 12-hour battery life allowing it to be used without any power cable, on a terrace, or on the go. Once the battery is depleted, charging is simply done via the USB-C port. A full charge only takes a few hours. An LED indicator allows you to know the remaining battery level at a glance.
The speaker can be used in mono mode, or you can choose to purchase two in DUO mode to benefit from a stereo experience by pairing them, thus offering a total power of approximately 200 W RMS. Users who already own a Cabasse connected speaker can integrate their existing system into a multi-room network with THE PEARL MYUKI, either in mono or stereo.
The latter proves to be an ideal complement for the kitchen, office or bedroom, and can be associated, for example, with another THE PEARL speaker located in another room of the house. In addition, all Cabasse connected systems can be easily paired and controlled via the unique StreamCONTROL application, offering the possibility of using a NAS or Airplay 2.

A very impressive sound for its size, both in terms of quality and power.
Very good integration with other speakers from the brand (2 Pearl Akoya), even though Cabasse’s software could still be improved in terms of user-friendliness.
I don’t regret my purchase and am already considering buying a second one.
