The Surround Be speakers are ideal for completing a 5.1 Home Cinema system or a multichannel system: 6.1, 7.1, etc. They have been designed to reproduce surround effects and strong or violent signals, such as explosions or shocks, as faithfully as possible. Discreet and easy to install on the wall, they allow you to reproduce the complexity of movie soundtracks without cluttering the back of your living room.
The Surround Be speakers feature a “Bi/Twin” construction with a double input on the terminal block that allows the speaker to be used interchangeably in 5.1 (Bipolar mode) or 7.1 (double mono mode). This exclusive Focal feature allows you to not multiply the surround speakers in your Home Cinema room.
The Surround Be speakers are equipped with the same technologies as the speakers in the Sopra, Utopia III and Electra 1000 Be 2 lines: “W” membranes and pure Beryllium inverted dome tweeter. They thus display homogeneous performance in terms of diffusion, efficiency and sound amplitude. The sound stage of your home cinema system is thus perfectly coherent: a sound circulating from one side of the image to the other is reproduced without variation in timbre.
