Featuring the iconic circular VU meter of the Marantz brand on its front panel, the new SR6007 closely resembles its big brother, the SR7007. Not only physically, but also in terms of functionality: for example, it has the same DLNA network functions for audio streaming, Android integration, listening to Internet radio stations, and AirPlay from iTunes or an iDevice.

The SR6007 also offers a very practical HDMI input on the front panel, and two HDMI outputs that can be used simultaneously on the rear panel. And like its big brother, it incorporates Audyssey DSX processing, a USB port compatible with direct digital playback from an iPod, and an MM Phono input for vinyl enthusiasts. But beyond this versatility, the SR6007 also stands out for its power: 7 x 110 W of effective power, to be precise.

And since the digital audio signal (with integrated Dolby TrueHD and dts-HD decoders) arrives on one of the six HDMI inputs compatible with 3D / 4k video, the sound quality obtained is truly breathtaking.
