Audio Technica AT440MLB

The AT440MLB cartridge, equipped with a MicroLine stylus, offers an extended frequency response. Compared to an elliptical stylus, its shape minimizes groove wall wear and the risk of distortion.

The Microline stylus is an almost identical reproduction of the stylus shape used to produce the original master disc. This allows it to reach portions of the groove that another stylus would not. The result is incredible precision in the high frequencies and great richness across the entire sound spectrum.

The AT440MLB also features a Paratoroidal Signal Generator, eliminating internal electrical and mechanical connections, thus ensuring better signal transfer.

The gold-plated cantilever provides good stability while the dual magnet system offers excellent channel separation.
