Very good cable. It’s very flexible, which is exactly what I was looking for.

Until now, if you observe them closely, all so-called “high-end” power cables had the same type of construction, namely three conductors (blue, red and yellow/green for ground), a foil shield, and a drain wire. The problem is that for the foil shield to be effective, the drain wire had to be connected to ground, which is absolutely in contradiction with the requirements of CE approval (HD 21.5.S3) and user safety. Many have then imagined replacing this drain wire with a carbon PVC incorporated into the insulation of the yellow/green conductor, thus indirectly connected to ground. Until now, the techniques used to manufacture this carbon PVC only allowed obtaining one color, Black.
However, once again, according to the requirements of CE approval (as well as those required by many other countries), the conductor intended for ground can only be yellow/green…! The challenge brilliantly met here by Supra was to succeed in manufacturing a green carbon PVC and incorporating it into the insulation of the conductor intended for ground. From then on, the foil shield intended to stop electromagnetic radiation can easily drain it to ground with all the required reliability but also and above all safety.
Another essential aspect of the Supra LoRad cable is its very tight helical construction which makes it physically less sensitive to electromagnetic radiation. Only Supra, which let us remind you here, manufactures most of the cables it designs itself, could mobilize the financial and own production means necessary for this quite exceptional innovation whose applications go beyond our Audio-Video field alone; hospitals, communications, measuring devices, satellites… wherever electromagnetic radiation is public enemy number one.

Power cable used to supply a TAGA power strip to which low-power devices (such as Internet box, telephone, PC computer...) are connected. Does the job very well, as usual for Supra power cables.

Very happy with the product.
Used to replace the no-name cable that came with my Marantz amp.
Even if it's subtle (or subjective), it feels like there's better stability and more solid bass...
I don't regret this "not too expensive" purchase.
