The HDMI 2.1 standard offers a multitude of features, such as transmitting 8K/60p signals to a compatible screen. HDR10 and HLG, HDR10+, and Dolby Vision formats optimize the image by adjusting brightness, contrast, and colors frame by frame. HDCP 2.3 is supported by all HDMI terminals, while the main eARC output allows multichannel audio (including Dolby Atmos or DTS:X) to be transmitted from the TV to the amplifier for decoding and amplification. Additionally, the QMS (Quick Media Switching) function reduces the blank screens that can occur when changing HDMI sources.
