Can I use a cartridge other than the supplied Sumiko Rainier?
Absolutely. The T2 tonearm is compatible with most standard cartridges on the market. However, the Sumiko Rainier is already an excellent cartridge offering great value for money. If you want to enhance performance without changing the cartridge, you can simply replace the stylus with a Sumiko Olympia or Moonstone model.
Is the turntable ready to use out of the box?
