The Luxsin x8 is excellent; I use it as a DAC/headphone amp on my computer.
I still haven't tried the AI for headphone equalization.
The preset EQ profiles are very useful; I tried them with the Senn HD 600, Hifiman Sundara, Meze 109 Pro, and Hifiman He1000 Stealth.
I like the sound.

i think this is an amazing unit, it has so many options to optimize the sound quality of any
headphone, the build quality is amazing and it has the ideal size to fit on a desktop.
Comparing the X8 and it's bigger brother the X9, it has a more enjoyable sound profile
out of the box with no EQ settings enabled, while i feel that the DAC section in the X9 is slightly more detailed but also more clinical. When adding Eq to the equation both units
are both great for their respective asking prices there is really nothing to complain.
Very powerful amp section build in the X8, it drives anything i throw at it with ease while
keeping a pitch black background with sensitive IEM's.
