Overview
Assembled in Germany in Kronach, this 77-inch model features a W-OLED MLA META panel refined by Loewe’s teams. The machined aluminum frame extends into a wall-mounting system integrated into the chassis: at this size, no tabletop stand comes with the TV as standard. A front soundbar rated at 2 x 75 W RMS occupies the lower part of the panel, while a concealed LED strip (magic.light) illuminates the perimeter.
Factory-calibrated W-OLED MLA META panel
The latest-generation W-OLED panel combines two optical technologies, the Micro Lens Array and a META layer, designed to extract more light from the organic cells. Peak luminance reaches around 1500 cd/m² on a 10% HDR window, a level that preserves bright highlight detail without visible clipping. Loewe works from an LG Display open cell panel (LTY module), which it assembles and calibrates at its Kronach site: the D65 white point and RGB coordinates are measured and then individually corrected before shipping.
On the processing side, the processor supports HLG, HDR10, HDR10+, and Dolby Vision with its IQ variant (adaptation to ambient light level). Wide Color Gamut (WCG) management, 4K upscaling, automatic dimming, and 24 fps cinema playback complete the imaging chain. The Master Black Polarizer lowers residual black level under strong lighting, a sensitive point for OLED panels installed in bright rooms. 1 ms response time and 120° viewing angle on both axes.
Aluminum frame and integrated wall mounting
The frame is made of machined aluminum and offered in two finishes, black aluminum and matte silver aluminum. The fixed wall mount is integrated directly into the back of the chassis, eliminating the need for a third-party bracket for wall installation. For furniture-based installation, the table stand motor stellar (sold separately) offers motorized, swivel placement. The perimeter conceals an LED strip called magic.light, programmable in colors (from warm white to rainbow cycle), intensity, and duration, and can also be turned off. Total thickness remains limited to 7.1 cm including the mount, for a weight of about 47.8 kg.
Integrated six-driver soundbar
Audio is handled by an active soundbar integrated into the lower part of the TV, with front-firing output and bass-reflex loading. Six drivers distributed across two ways are powered by Class D amplification, for an output of 2 x 75 W RMS (2 x 150 W in music measurement). Decoding covers Dolby Atmos, Dolby Digital Plus, and DTS HD. Rarer at this price level, a center input in Cinch format (RCA L / R) allows the TV to be used as the center channel of a home cinema installation: dialogue is then reproduced at screen height rather than by a speaker placed under the screen. The menu provides access to automatic volume, a multi-band equalizer, dynamic loudness compensation, and AI processing applied to the signal.
HDMI 2.1 and streams up to 144 Hz
The HDMI connectivity splits four ports into two levels: two HDMI 2.0b inputs and two HDMI 2.1 inputs. The latter support ALLM (Auto Low Latency Mode), VRR (Variable Refresh Rate), and UHD streams up to 144 Hz, useful for gaming on recent consoles and compatible PCs. eARC carries the lossless audio track to an amplifier or external soundbar. On the decoding side, the tuner supports H.264, HEVC (H.265), and the more recent H.266 (VVC), covering current and upcoming broadcast and streaming standards. Four USB ports (two USB-A, two USB-C) accommodate external drives and peripherals.
dr+ recorder and dual triple-tuner
Loewe’s proprietary dr+ system combines a 1 TB internal SSD with a dual triple-tuner (DVB-T2 for TNT HD, DVB-C for cable, DVB-S2 for satellite). This duplication allows simultaneous recording of one channel while watching another, or pausing live TV (timeshift) without losing the current scheduled recording. The EPG indexes up to 10,000 channels, the HbbTV function provides access to catch-up services, and DiSEqC / Unicable compatibility covers shared satellite installations. The multi-view function is not implemented on this chassis.
os9 system and smart home gateways
The in-house os9 system, derived from Vidaa, opens an app store preloaded with Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+, Apple TV, YouTube, Deezer, and MagentaTV. The TV Channel+ service groups FAST channels there (free with ads). Voice control works via Alexa Skills and VIDAA Voice. Wirelessly, the TV supports Apple AirPlay, Miracast, Matter, and Bluetooth, in addition to Wi-Fi and Ethernet (with wake on LAN and wake on Wi-Fi). Integrators will have access to an IP interface compatible with Control4, Crestron, and Basalte, more practical to wire than IR gateways on this screen size.

Frequently Asked Questions
Does the television come with a table stand?
No, for the 77-inch diagonal, Loewe supplies only the fixed wall mount integrated into the chassis. Wall mounting is the default intended configuration. For placement on furniture, the table stand motor stellar accessory (motorized and swiveling) is available as an option and must be ordered separately. The mounting wall must support a weight of approximately 47.8 kg.
What mounting standard for a third-party wall mount?
The VESA 400 x 200 standard is supported on the back of the panel. That said, the wall mount supplied by Loewe is a proprietary system integrated into the chassis: it is the solution originally intended for this screen size, and the one that maintains the slim depth of the wall installation. Using a third-party VESA mount remains possible after removing the original part.
Does the television support AirPlay and HomeKit?
AirPlay is supported, allowing streaming from an iPhone, iPad, or Mac. The TV also includes the Matter protocol, which the Apple, Google, and Amazon ecosystems now rely on to control connected devices. For professional integrations, an IP interface works with Control4, Crestron, and Basalte.
How does dr+ recording work?
The 1 TB internal SSD supports EPG recordings (scheduled from the guide), spontaneous live captures, and antenna pause (timeshift). The dual triple-tuner lets you watch one channel while recording another, or even record simultaneously from multiple sources (DTT, cable, satellite). Recording to an external USB drive is also possible as a supplement.
Are encrypted channels accessible?
A CI+ V1.4 ECP slot accommodates CAM modules from satellite and cable operators in France and Europe, which decrypt pay TV packages. HD+ compatibility (a paid offer in Germany) is mentioned by Loewe, and Zattoo comes preloaded for the relevant markets. For French DTT, no additional module is required.
