The A-70DA meets traditional audiophile construction criteria while adding a touch of modernity. Our Class D Direct Energy amplification concept is based on a reinforced chassis (Rigid Under Base Construction), itself strengthened by solid aluminum panels to eliminate any vibrations that could degrade signal quality. The internal construction with isolating chambers integrates a symmetrically designed pre-amplification stage for perfect channel separation and isolation, as well as two independent shielded transformers.

The D/A conversion of the signal is entrusted to the renowned ESS SABRE³² ES9016S DAC, allocating 4 parallel processing circuits per channel and a particularly high signal-to-noise ratio. Coupled with an amplification stage developing 180 W (4Ω), the A-70DA thus delivers a sound of great purity, incredibly dynamic and detailed. Featuring a wide range of high-quality gold-plated connectors, notably including NEUTRIK XLR connectors, the A-70DA also offers a 384 kHz/32bit USB DAC for connecting a computer.

The asynchronous transmission of DSD (11.2MHz) and LPCM (384 kHz/32bit) files is controlled by the amplifier’s high-precision internal clock to reduce jitter and ensure perfect signal stability. An aluminum-finished remote control that can operate our entire audiophile range is included. Owners of N-70A and N-50A audiophile network players also have the option to control the A-70DA from the ControlApp application by connecting it via an SR cable.
