Rotel Michi X5

The Michi X5 integrated amplifier is a redefinition of performance, delivering an astonishing 600W of Class AB power into 4-ohm speakers, even under extreme load conditions. The X5 features numerous inputs ensuring support for all common audio sources, including analog, digital, XLR, PC-USB with MQA rendering, Bluetooth apt-X, and selectable moving magnet or moving coil phono stage.

The X5’s musical expression manifests through exceptional control of nearly limitless bass energy and essential clarity of midrange and high frequencies. The X5’s oversized, in-house manufactured toroidal transformer powers an array of 88,000uF high-efficiency smoothing capacitors with isolated power supply feeding all acoustically sensitive circuits, thus eliminating unwanted noise and distortion, further refining the sound. A high-resolution front panel graphic display is configurable to indicate operating status, 12-band graphic equalizer, or peak power consumption. Front panel controls and the included Michi remote ensure easy operation and setup.

Dual sets of rhodium-plated Michi speaker terminals allow effortless connection to speakers, including bi-wiring installations. RS232 and Ethernet connections enable simple integration with control systems.
