Optical and coaxial digital inputs

The PMA-600NE has three optical inputs and one coaxial input and supports PCM signals up to 192 kHz/24 bits. This digital input jack helps improve the sound quality and picture quality of TV audio, Blu-ray discs, media players, etc. Also used to input high-quality sound from computer audio sources.

Analog mode

In analog mode, the PMA-600NE can operate as a fully analog amplifier without using digital inputs and Bluetooth, allowing you to enjoy analog sound sources. Activating analog mode cuts off power to the dedicated digital power supply as well as the operation of the digital input and Bluetooth circuits, which can block the effects of electromagnetic waves on the analog part of the PMA-600NE. Microprocessor stop mode

The PMA-600NE microprocessor has a stop mode that automatically suspends all microprocessor operations that are not required for playback. Stopping the microprocessor clock from vibrating during listening protects the audio signal from external noise and improves sound quality.
